Stefano Bucciero

Artist and Graphic Designer, Stefano Bucciero was born in Brazil in 1985, grew up and studied in Italy where he began his artistic training.

He attended the Art High School Klee-Barabino in Genoa and then the Graphic Design course at the Ligurian Academy of Fine Arts where he graduated with honours in 2009. In the same year he had his first exhibition at the Triennale Design Museum, Milan on the occasion of the competition 'Premio Nazionale Bruno Munari'.

In 2010 he worked as Graphic Designer in the work area Communication and Interior Design at IKEA. Afterwards he participated in competitions and art events that allowed him to meet internationally famous personalities including Armando Milani, Andrea Rauch, Ingvar Kamprad and the art critic Gillo Dorfles.

In October 2012 he received the 'Ri-Premio', an European award for the excellence of Genoa in the field of creative industry that is delivered by the Municipality of Genoa in the person of the Mayor Marco Doria.

His artistic production ranges over different fields of visual expression: painting, graphic design, illustration, advertising, corporate identity, posters and pictures.
